Wiedemann Family

I loved spending time with this family!
Prior to the photo session Natallie asked me to come out to their place to capture some candid photos of their family, I was so excited for this because usually my favourite photos during a family session are the candid ones. I find that this type of photo truly shows who your family is and what it was like when your kids were that age - the photos don't just look nice, they tell a story. We spent the afternoon playing in the snow and skating. Toward the end of the session Natallie's son asked "why do you have your camera?" it made me laugh because through out most of the session he was most concerned with having fun and didn't even notice the camera. I loved meeting Natallie's family, I loved seeing how much fun they have together and I loved how this session turned out. Thank you for inviting me out to spend time with your family!

Stugrill Kade LeClercq

When Sturgill was one week old I had the chance to spend the afternoon with him taking photos. My sister and I wanted to incorporate things in to his newborn session that were meaningful to her family. We used the saddle she built with dad as a prop, antlers from their previous hunting seasons and hockey jerseys of their favourite teams.

Darlene, Kalina & Sarah

This mom and her daughters know how to laugh! It was such a joy spending sometime with them on this chilly day capturing how much love they have for one another.

Welcome Sturgill Kade LeClercq

2016 started out with a bang!
My sister and her husband brought the most beautiful baby in to this world.
Sturgill Kade arrived at 0351 on January 5, 2016 weighing 6 lbs 8 oz.
My sister invited me to take photos of Sturgill right after he was born. It was a humbling experience to be able to freeze this precious moment in time and capture photos of my sister and her husband meeting their baby boy for the first time. I know that these photos will be cherished forever.
Nicole, Ryan & Sturgill I can't wait to spend more time with you and support you as Sturgill grows up.
