Crossfit Camrose

It was great to spend some time celebrating and documenting these women after they completed a 45 day nutrition challenge. The challenge focused on creating a healthy lifestyle that involved nutrition, fitness, fun and mobility.
Christy was the challenge winner --- definitely well deserved and so inspiring!
I had so much fun smiling and laughing with these ladies - definitely the least sweaty I have been at Crossfit Camrose.
